Its predecessor was the pump valve factory (formerly Shanghai No. 10 Valve Factory) under Dongfeng Corporation of Agriculture and Industry Group. It was restructured into a public-private partnership in 1994. Dongfeng Pump Valve Factory is a comprehensive enterprise integrating valve, pump design, scientific research and development, and test. The factory covers an area of more than 8000 square meters, and has more than 500 employees, including 80 technicians. It has three holding enterprises. The factory has more than 30 offices across the country, and its annual output value is in the leading position in the valve pump industry.
The company mainly produces: hard seal butterfly valve, soft seal butterfly valve, stop valve, gate valve, ball valve, safety valve, check valve, drain valve, pressure reducing valve, electric valve, pneumatic valve and other valves and water pumps. Main materials: nodular cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel 304, 316, etc. Sealing materials: EPDM, nitrile rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, fluororubber, silicone rubber, neoprene, stainless steel 304, 316, etc. Personalized service: according to customer needs, "tailor" to create special products with different precision and specifications. There are more than 150 kinds of valve molds in the factory, and the same model can provide customers with a variety of valve body options. High quality valve appearance: it has a fully automated valve painting line and supporting high-temperature paint baking equipment, which can paint evenly, and the paint surface is smooth and firm.
