The three elements of automatic operation of self operated pressure regulating valve are sensor, manipulator and actuator. The principle is as follows:
The sensor transmits the measured signal to the controller, which compares and calculates the measured signal with the set value, outputs a control signal to the actuator, and the actuator completes the control policy. When a new change occurs in the measured value, the controller and actuator conduct a new deviation correction, and form a closed-loop control loop. In the automatic control system, the sensor is the thermal resistance used to measure the temperature and the electromagnetic flowmeter used to measure the flow.
Therefore, we only need to set the parameters at the beginning. In this process, the time may vary. Generally, the pressure and flow control setting speed will be faster, while the temperature setting may take several hours. After adjustment, it can work normally and complete the automatic control of pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level and other parameters.
