Cause description of internal leakage of electric control valve
There are many types of electric control valves, among which the shutter type multi shaft multi blade electric control equipment is used to regulate the air flow in the pipeline. It is a new type of energy-saving equipment with novel design, excellent linear regulation characteristics of the damper, simple operation, and reliable operation. This electric control valve is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, mining and other industries, and is generally suitable for air, dusty gas and other gas media.
Although the electric control valve is widely used in the industry due to its high control accuracy, there are still some problems in the use process, such as internal leakage of the valve. So what is the cause of internal leakage?
1. The zero setting of the actuator does not reach the full closing position of the valve.
2. The actuator thrust cannot be fully closed under pressure, resulting in the valve not being closed in place.
3. The sealing surface of the valve is not in place due to unqualified material, resulting in leakage.
4. The difference between inside and outside caused by cavitation corrosion is that when the pressure difference between inside and outside is greater than the critical pressure difference of air corrosion, air corrosion will occur, corroding the valve and causing leakage.
5. Damage problems during adjustment.
6. Affected by the external environment, the valve will have inaccurate positioning and other problems, resulting in valve leakage.
