What details should be paid attention to for pneumatic ball valve?
1. When the pressure in the equipment is within a certain working pressure range, the force exerted by the internal medium on the valve disc shall be less than the force exerted by the loading mechanism on the valve. The difference between the two forms the sealing force between the valve disc and the valve seat. The valve disc is tightly pressed on the valve seat, and the medium of the equipment cannot be discharged.
2. When the pressure in the equipment exceeds the specified working pressure and reaches the opening pressure of the pneumatic butterfly valve, the force of the internal medium acting on the valve disc is greater than the force exerted on the valve disc by the loading mechanism. Therefore, the valve disc leaves the valve seat, the pneumatic butterfly valve opens, and the medium in the equipment is discharged through the valve seat. If the displacement of the pneumatic butterfly valve is greater than the safe discharge of the equipment, the pressure in the equipment will gradually drop, and after a short time of exhaust, the pressure will drop to the normal working pressure.
