Selection criteria for pneumatic butterfly valves
1. Within the given elastic pressure range, the outlet pressure can be continuously adjusted between the maximum and minimum pneumatic butterfly valves without jamming or abnormal vibration;
2. For soft seal pneumatic butterfly valve, there shall be no leakage within the specified time; For pneumatic butterfly valves sealed with metal materials, the leakage shall not exceed 0.5 of the total flow;
3. When the total outlet flow changes, the instantaneous outlet pressure error value does not exceed 20, and the guide type does not exceed 10;
4. When the channel pressure changes, the real-time outlet pressure error does not exceed 10, and the guidance mode does not exceed 5;
5. The rear valve pressure of the superheated steam adjustable pneumatic butterfly valve shall be 0.5 times lower than the front pressure;
6. Pneumatic butterfly valves are widely used. It can be used for steam, compressed air, chemical gas, water, oil and many other liquid medium mechanical equipment and pipelines. The medium mass passing through the outlet of pneumatic butterfly valve is usually expressed by mass flow or total volume flow;
7. Metal bellows direct acting pneumatic butterfly valve, suitable for bottom pressure, medium and small diameter steam medium;
8. Plastic film direct acting pneumatic butterfly valve is applicable to medium bottom pressure, medium caliber gas and water medium;
