1。 Regeneration after adsorption of water vapor

2。 Regeneration after adsorption of organic impurities
(1) Calcination method: for coarse porous materials, they can be put into the calciner and gradually heated to 500-600 ℃ for about 68 hours until the particles are white or brown. For micropores, the calcination temperature should not exceed 200 ℃.
(2) Washing method: after absorption in saturated steam, soak and wash in hot water, which can be combined with detergent to remove waste oil or other organic impurities, and then dry and dehydrate after washing with clean water.
(3) Solvent cleaning method: according to the type of organic matter adsorbed, select a suitable solvent to dissolve the organic matter adsorbed, and then heat to remove the solvent.
III. Problems needing attention in regeneration
During drying and regeneration, attention should be paid to gradually warming up to avoid serious drying resulting in rubber particle burst and reducing the recovery rate.
