The electric butterfly valve is nonlinear, and its stiffness changes with the load, so its natural frequency almost remains unchanged under any load, so that the butterfly valve device has almost unchanged performance; Its high dynamic absorption and sound insulation performance is good; It bears axial load and radial load at the same time, and different bearing capacities can be obtained by adjusting internal pressure. Therefore, it can meet the needs of various loads.
Within the effective stroke, the rigidity, height, cavity volume and bearing capacity of the electric butterfly valve can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the inflation pressure. At the same time, its stiffness, height, cavity volume and bearing capacity will change smoothly and periodically with the increase or decrease of load, thus realizing the flexible transmission of bearing capacity, effective adjustment of stroke, and efficient control of vibration amplitude and vibration load. The air chamber can also be attached to realize automatic adjustment.
As the electric butterfly valve has the above points, it is increasingly widely used in train, automobile, paper machine, lifting platform, press, vibrating conveyor, vibrating screen, air hammer, vibration testing machine, casting machinery and other equipment or instruments that need stroke control or valve, vibration isolation.
