After the pipe system is installed, the yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation on the pneumatic ball valve shall be removed as soon as possible, and the limiting device shall be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements, so that the pipe system has sufficient compensation capacity under environmental conditions.
7. All moving elements of stainless steel pneumatic ball valve shall not be blocked or restricted by external components, and normal action of all moving parts shall be ensured.
During the hydrostatic test, the secondary fixed pipe support installed at the end of the pneumatic ball valve pipeline shall be reinforced to prevent the pipeline from moving or rotating. For the pneumatic ball valve and its connecting pipeline used for gas medium, pay attention to whether it is necessary to add temporary support when filling water. The 96 chloride ion content of cleaning solution for water pressure test shall not exceed 25PPM.
9. After the hydrostatic test, the accumulated water in the wave case shall be drained as soon as possible and the inner surface of the wave case shall be blown dry.
10. Thermal insulation materials in contact with pneumatic ball valves shall be chlorine free.
