2. The civil works related to pneumatic ball valves have been completed and passed the joint inspection of relevant personnel of civil engineering and installation unit. During the inspection, the pipe support foundation, pipe bridge, pipe pier, pipe trench, cushion, valve well, as well as the embedded parts, reserved holes, waterproof shoulders, etc. used for pneumatic ball valves shall be checked according to the drawings, and must meet the design requirements and installation requirements. Both civil engineering and installation parties shall countersign for approval;
3. The inside of pipes, pipe sections, pipe fittings, valves, etc. has been reasonably clean, and no dirt or sundries are left;
4. The pipes, pneumatic ball valves, valves, gaskets, etc. have been checked according to the design requirements, and their materials, specifications and models are correct; Prefabrication quality of pneumatic ball valve meets the requirements;
5. Pipes, pipe fittings and valves have passed the inspection and have the required technical certificates;
6. Check the position and quantity of the guard plate for installing or welding the pneumatic ball valve support and hanger on the equipment to meet the requirements for the installation of pneumatic ball valve and pneumatic ball valve.
7. The equipment connected by the pneumatic ball valve is aligned and fixed, the secondary grouting meets the requirements, and the notice of piping permission is obtained. 8. For the pneumatic ball valve with inner sleeve, the direction of the inner sleeve shall be consistent with the flow direction of the medium, and the hinge rotation plane of the hinged pneumatic ball valve shall be consistent with the displacement rotation plane.
9. For pneumatic ball valves requiring cold tightening, the auxiliary components used for pre deformation shall be removed after the pipeline installation.
10. It is forbidden to adjust the installation of pneumatic ball valve out of tolerance by means of deformation of pneumatic ball valve, so as not to affect the normal function of pneumatic ball valve, reduce the service life and increase the load of pipeline system, equipment and supporting components.
11. During installation, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the corrugated shell, and the corrugated shell is not allowed to suffer from other mechanical damage. 12. After the pipe system is installed, the yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation on the pneumatic ball valve shall be removed as soon as possible, and the limiting device shall be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements, so that the pipe system has sufficient compensation capacity under environmental conditions.
13. All moving elements of the pneumatic ball valve shall not be blocked or restricted by external components, and the normal action of all moving parts shall be ensured.
