1. When installing the pneumatic ball valve, it is not allowed to weld the temporary support on the wave joint. When lifting, it is not allowed to bind the sling on the wave joint.
2. When installing copper pneumatic ball valve, the straight pipe length shall not be less than 100mm
3. The pipe fixing support for the installation of supports and hangers is set to ensure the reasonable distribution of pipe thermal expansion between pneumatic ball valves. When the temperature change causes pipe expansion or contraction, the fixing support can prevent the pipe from displacement at this point. The fixed support matched with the compensation device shall be fixed before pre stretching (compression) to make the pneumatic ball valve compensation device play its due role. Only one fixed support can be installed on the straight pipe section with displacement without compensation device, otherwise the displacement will be hindered.
