The installation and adjustment of electric ball valve controller mainly need to pay attention to the following points:
1. The purchased model and standard shall be installed and fixed according to the drawing, and the grounding terminal on the rear panel shall be reliably grounded.
2. The circuit diagram numbers of the controller and the electric equipment are the same. Connect the controller and the electric equipment with cables according to the same terminal numbers. If the user does not need to operate on site, terminals 12, 13, and 14 may not be connected. When the electric valve controller is used in the automatic control system, terminals 12, 13 and 14 are used for the input terminals of the corresponding signals of "automatic opening" and "automatic closing".
3. Press the power button, the power indicator lights up, the field remote control switch points to remote control, and the remote control indicator lights up.
4. Use the hand wheel to open the valve to 50% of the opening, press the valve opening or valve closing key, check whether the rotation direction of the electric valve is consistent with the key pressed, if not, immediately press the stop key, cut off the three-phase power supply, and replace any two phases of the three-phase power supply.
5. Press the valve opening key, when the valve is fully opened in place, the valve opening indicator on the front panel will be on; Press the valve closing key, and when the valve is fully closed in place, the valve closing indicator on the front panel will be on; When the valve needs to be stopped in the process of opening or closing, press the stop key to stop the valve. Short circuit terminals 4 and 7, and the accident light on the front panel will be on.
6. When the electric ball valve is in the fully open position, adjust the adjustment potentiometer on the front panel to make the opening meter display 100%.
7. The on-site remote control switch points to the site, the on-site indicator light is on, the short circuit is between terminals 12 and 13, the valve and the open direction operate, which is inching condition; Short circuit terminals 12 and 14, and the valve runs in the closing direction, indicating inching.
8. The safety tube on the rear panel is 5 × 20, 1A. Function requirements of electric valve: according to the engineering operation requirements, the operation function of electric valve is completed by electric equipment. The purpose of using the electric valve is to complete the non manual electrical control or computer control of the valve opening, closing and conditioning linkage. At present, the use of electric equipment is not only for saving manpower. Because the functions and quality of products from different manufacturers vary greatly, it is equally important to select electric equipment and valves for the project.
