If the pipeline distance is more than two meters, we'd better set up a platform, which is very convenient for us to operate the handwheel and facilitate maintenance. The cleaning of pipes is very important, and the dirt and welding slag inside shall be removed. If it is not cleared in time, it will not only block the components of the product, but also affect the work quality. 　　

First, the valve is closed by means of external force, that is to say, rotate the valve shaft clockwise until the valve seat and valve plate have a "close contact". At the same time, the cylinder must also be closed. All "closed" here means that the small groove above the cylinder shaft must be vertical to the cylinder block. After the cylinder is installed on the valve, check whether the screw holes are aligned, and generally there will be no deviation. If it exists, just turn the cylinder block a little and tighten it with screws.
