Maintenance method of electric ball valve
1. The ball valve can be disassembled and differentiated only after the pressure before and after the ball valve is removed.
2. In the process of differentiation and reinstallation of ball valves, it is necessary to maintain the sealing parts, especially non-metallic parts, such as O-rings and other parts.
3. When reinstalling the ball valve body, the bolts must be tightened symmetrically, gradually and evenly.
4. The cleaning agent shall be compatible with rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and operating media (such as gas) in the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, the metal parts can be cleaned with gasoline (GB484-89). Clean non-metallic parts with pure water or alcohol.
5. The separated individual parts can be cleaned by immersion method. The metal parts with undifferentiated non-metallic parts can be wiped with clean and fine silk cloth impregnated with cleaning agent (to prevent fibers from falling off and adhering to the parts). During cleaning, all grease, dirt, glue and dust adhering to the wall surface must be removed.
6. The non-metallic parts shall be taken out of the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning, and shall not be soaked for a long time.
7. After cleaning, it needs to be installed after the cleaning agent on the washed wall evaporates (it can be wiped with a silk cloth not soaked in the cleaning agent), but it should not be placed for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be polluted by dust.
8. New parts shall also be cleaned before installation.
9. During installation, it is not allowed to have metal chips, fibers, grease (regularly used outside) dust, other impurities, foreign matters, etc., contaminate, adhere to or stay on the surface of parts or enter the cavity.

2、 The problem of seal ring deformation When it comes to the problem of seal ring deformation, it is actually that when the seal ring shrinks, the action of the air leakage valve fails, and the output force of the actuator is not enough. Or the sealing ring is swollen with oil, which increases the friction force, and the valve cannot act or the force output from the actuator is insufficient. When the seal ring hardens, the friction surface will be worn, which will naturally increase the amount of air leakage. When the friction increases, the action of the valve and the actuator will also be poor.
