The installation position of the butterfly valve should be placed to facilitate maintenance, while leaving space for adjustment and operation (for the pneumatic butterfly valve just leaving the factory, the dust cover is provided on both sides of the valve, and it should be removed during installation.) 5. During installation of the valve, the dirt in the pipeline must be carefully removed, so that the flow direction of the fluid is the same as that of the pipeline. (Because there are residual welding slag and oil stain in the pipeline, which will affect the running in of the butterfly plate and valve seat of the pneumatic butterfly valve, resulting in insecure sealing and safety problems.)
