First, remove the cylinder from the valve body. First, remove the covers at both ends of the cylinder. When removing the piston, be sure to pay attention to the direction of the piston rack. Then, rotate the cylinder shaft clockwise with external force to make the piston move to the outside. Then, slowly vent the valve closing hole and gently eject the piston with air pressure. But this method must pay attention to slowly venting, otherwise the piston will suddenly eject, which is a bit dangerous! Then remove the circlip on the cylinder shaft, and the cylinder shaft can be taken out from the other end. Then each part can be cleaned and greased. The parts to be greased are: cylinder inner wall and piston seal ring, rack and back ring piece, as well as gear shaft and seal ring. After adding lubricating grease, install it in the order of disassembly and in the reverse order of position. Pay attention to the position of the gear rack. Make sure that the end groove of the gear shaft is parallel to the cylinder block when the piston retracts to the inside position when the valve is opened, When the valve is closed, that is, when the piston extends to the outside, the end groove on the gear shaft is vertical to the cylinder block.
