7. When installing the rubber joint, the screw of the bolt shall extend to the outside of the joint, and the bolts on each flange end face shall be tightened repeatedly and evenly by diagonal pressure to prevent pressure deviation. Screw thread joints shall be tightened evenly with a standard wrench, and do not use an afterburner to force the movable joint to slip wires, slip edges and fracture. 8. After the rubber joint is subjected to pressure for the first time (such as installation and pressure test) or before it is used again after being stopped for a long time, the bolt shall be re pressurized and tightened before it is put into operation.
9. When using or storing rubber joints, avoid high temperature, ozone oil, acid and alkali environment. The pipeline used outdoors or facing the sun and wind shall be provided with a sunshade, and it is strictly prohibited to expose to the sun, rain or wind.
