5、 Use, maintenance, installation and repair of pneumatic ball valve:
1. Scope: This manual is applicable to the electric (or pneumatic) ball valve at the flange connection end.
2. Composition: It consists of an electric (or pneumatic) actuator and a ball valve body, which is connected by a bracket and a connecting shaft.
3. Restrictions on use
1) Temperature and pressure limits
2) The nameplate shows the maximum allowable operating pressure of the ball valve at the maximum and minimum operating temperatures.
3) The operating temperature of PTFE or RTFE seats and seals shall be between 150 ° C and 200 ° C. The operating temperature of other types of seats and seals shall be checked.
4) The nominal pressure rating (PN) of the cryogenic valve can indicate the maximum working pressure of the valve under normal temperature. (For example, PN4.0 indicates that the maximum working pressure is 40 Bar (4.0MPa) when the operating temperature is - 290C~380C).

(1) Medium temperature used for fluorine lined valves: F46 (FEP) is used for various fluorine lined plastic valves, and the medium temperature used cannot exceed 150 ℃ (medium temperature can reach 150 ℃ in a short time, and should be about 120 ℃ in a long time), otherwise, F46 of the lining of various parts of the valve is easy to soften and deform, resulting in valve failure and large leakage. If the temperature of the medium used by the user is below 180 ℃ for a short time and below 150 ℃ for a long time, another fluoroplastic, PFA, can be selected. However, the price of fluoroplastic lined with PFA is more expensive, so inquiry should be made in advance when matching.
