When the shock absorber of the unit has six mounting points, four of them are arranged at the four corners of the inertia block or section steel frame, and the other two should be set on the long side line, and their positions should be adjusted so that the compression deformation of the shock absorber is as different as possible.
3. The side line of the pneumatic butterfly valve shall not exceed the side line of the inert block; The supporting area of the steel frame shall not be less than the area of the shock absorber.
4. Before construction and installation, it shall be checked in time. During installation, the static tightening deformation of pneumatic butterfly valve shall not exceed the maximum allowable value.
5. During the installation of the pump unit, the supporting air for the installation of the pump unit shall be flat and have sufficient bearing ability.
6. When the vibration isolator of vertical water pump unit is installed under the base of the water pump unit, a section steel base shall be set and anchored; The section steel base and the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be fixed with bolts (with spring washers). The foundation bolts are set in the air or floor, and the shock absorber is fixed in the air or floor after the foundation bolts.
5. When there is a fluid with precipitated liquid that is easy to attach and deposit substances on the pipe wall, if a conductive substance with higher conductivity than the liquid is attached, the signal potential will be short circuited and cannot work. If it is a non-conductive layer, first pay attention to the pollution of the electrode, such as selecting a pointed or hemispherical protruding electrode that is not easy to attach, a replaceable electrode, a scraper type scale cleaning electrode, etc. In places where adhesion is easy to occur, the flow rate can be increased to achieve the purpose of self cleaning, and more convenient and easy to clean pipeline connection can be adopted, without dismantling and cleaning the sensor. The contact electrode electromagnetic flowmeter is attached with a non-conductive film, and the instrument can still work, but it can also not work if it is a highly conductive layer.
