Automatic pressure relief structure: when the pressure in the side cavity is abnormally added, the medium in the middle cavity can rely on its own thrust to push the valve seat for automatic pressure relief, and then ensure the safety of valve lifting. Reliable sealing of valve rod: the valve rod adopts a bottom mounted structure with reverse sealing. The sealing force of the reverse sealing increases with the increase of the medium pressure, so it can ensure the reliable sealing of the valve rod. Moreover, when the valve rod rises abnormally, the valve rod will not eject. Fireproof structure: according to the working conditions and user needs, the ball valve can be planned as a fireproof structure. Anti static structure: when operating the valve, due to the friction between the ball and the valve seat, electrostatic charges will occur and accumulate on the ball. To prevent the occurrence of electrostatic sparks, electrostatic equipment is specially set on the valve to export the charges accumulated on the ball.

Basic protection method for overload of mine explosion-proof pneumatic butterfly valve:
1. Thermostat is used for overload protection of continuous operation or inching operation of motor;
2. Thermal relay is used for the protection of motor locked rotor;
3. Fuse or overcurrent relay shall be used for short circuit accident.
