4. During the pressure test, the directly buried corrugated compensator shall not show tensile phenomenon.
The angular compensator is composed of a compensator receiver, a bellows and a pair of hinges connected with the receiver. It can only absorb the angular displacement of a single plane. When absorbing displacement, two or three angular compensators shall be used in combination, and the hinge can accept internal pressure thrust. Working temperature ≤ 420 ℃, fatigue life 1000 times.
Requirements for pipe support design:
Two or three angular type compensators should be used as a group to absorb the lateral displacement of the pipeline. Only one transverse type compensator or a group of angular type compensators can be installed between two fixed pipe supports of Z-shaped and L-shaped pipe sections. At this time, the axis of the plane hinge pin must be perpendicular to the plane formed by the bent pipe section (universal hinge compensator is not subject to this restriction). Clearance of plane guide frame of pipe section with a group of hinge compensators ε It can also be calculated according to the above formula. However, L length shall be the interval between hinge axes of two compensators, and △ X is the thermal shrinkage of the whole vertical pipe section.
