It is better to stop the vibration reduction experiment on the whole machine, so the experimental condition is the practical working condition; The vibration reduction experiment can also be stopped on a special vibration reduction test bench, that is, to imitate the practical working conditions, artificially manufacture the vibration source, and compare the difference between the shock absorber without it and the shock absorber installed, so as to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the shock absorber.
According to different conditions, vibration sources can be manufactured by various excitation offices, such as the reciprocating displacement excitation generated by the eccentric rotating to drive the slider, the centripetal force excitation generated by the unbalanced rotor, the compressed air blower, the loudspeaker, the electromagnetic induction, or the special vibration table, etc. The parameters to be measured during vibration test include frequency, amplitude, velocity, acceleration, etc., and sometimes the stress or strain of some parts of the machine. Different industrial departments and different machine products have different requirements for vibration.
