In fact, many times we know that the spring shock absorber has the greatest pressure among all shock absorbers when the car is running, because it carries the gravity of the whole vehicle, plus high frequency up and down floating. For spring shock absorber, high-frequency vibration is the biggest taboo. However, the fluctuation frequency of the vehicle in driving is very fast, especially on circuitous roads. The shock absorbers of the whole vehicle work under high load, so they are easily damaged.
After confirming that there is a problem or failure of the spring damper, check whether the damper can leak oil or has traces of obsolete oil leakage. The oil seal washer and seal washer are broken and damaged, and the nut of the oil storage cylinder cover is loose. It may be the oil seal or the sealing washer is damaged and invalid, so it should be replaced with a new seal. If the oil leakage still cannot be eliminated, the shock absorber shall be pulled out. If it feels stuck or different in weight, further check whether the clearance between the piston and the cylinder barrel is too large, whether the piston connecting rod of the shock absorber is bent, and whether the piston connecting rod surface and the cylinder barrel are scratched or pulled.
If there is no oil leakage from the spring damper, check whether the damper connecting pin, connecting rod, connecting hole, rubber, bushing, etc. are damaged, desoldered, cracked or scattered. If the above inspection is normal, the shock absorber shall be further synthesized to check whether the fit clearance between the piston and the cylinder barrel is too large, whether the cylinder barrel is strained, whether the valve seal is good, whether the valve disc and the valve seat fit tightly, and whether the extension spring of the shock absorber is too soft or broken. According to the condition, the method of grinding or replacing parts shall be adopted for repair.
In the real car, the spring shock absorber should always be noticed. If you find that the car is not warm when driving, it means that the shock absorber has a problem.
