2. 3. When installing damper butterfly valve vibration isolator for horizontal water pump unit, in general, the electric butterfly valve shall be fixed with the ground, inert block or section steel base by connecting nuts.
4. When the vibration isolator of vertical water pump unit is installed under the base of the water pump unit, it shall be equipped with a steel frame and anchored; The section steel base and the electric butterfly valve shall be fixed with bolts (with butterfly valve gasket). The foundation bolts shall be set in the ground or floor, and the electric butterfly valve shall be fixed on the ground or floor through the foundation bolts.
5. The edge line of the electric butterfly valve shall not exceed the edge line of the inert block; The supporting area of the section steel frame shall not be less than the area of the electric butterfly valve.
6. Before construction and installation, timely inspection shall be carried out. During installation, the static compression deformation of electric butterfly valve shall not exceed the maximum allowable value.
7. When installing the pump unit, the supporting ground for installing the pump unit shall be flat and have sufficient bearing capacity.
8. The electric butterfly valve of the unit shall avoid contact with acid, alkali, organic solvent and other substances.
