Wiring of mine electric butterfly valve What are the main functions of the butterfly valve shock absorber used in the car
Cars are more and more common in our life. Although we can only see the exterior of cars, we can't see the interior. There are many parts inside the car, such as butterfly valve shock absorber. Do you know what important roles butterfly valve shock absorber plays in the application of cars?
The butterfly valve shock absorber plays an important role in the automobile, which makes the automobile not too stable and not easy to be damaged during driving. However, the elasticity of the butterfly valve shock absorber is a key problem. If the elasticity is not well adjusted, it may directly lead to the vibration or spring damage of the automobile components.
The greater the damping force of the butterfly valve damper, the faster the vibration will be eliminated. However, too much damping force will lead to the failure of the elastic element to play its full role, and even too much damping force may lead to damage to some connecting parts and frame.
In order to harmonize the elastic element and the shock absorber, the following requests are made for the shock absorber:
1. During the suspension tightening stroke (the stroke when the axle and the frame move close to each other), the damping force of the shock absorber should be small, so that the elasticity of the elastic elements can be fully applied to mitigate the impact
2. In the suspension stretching stroke (the stroke that the axle is relatively far away from the frame), the assembling force of the shock absorber should be large, so as to reduce the vibration quickly;
3. When the relative speed between the axle (or wheel) and the frame is too high, the shock absorber should be able to automatically increase the cross-sectional area of the fluid flow channel, so that the damping force is always within a certain limit, so as to avoid being subjected to excessive impact loads.
At present, two-way acting cylinder shock absorbers are widely used in automobiles. The shock absorbers that can reduce vibration in both the tightening and stretching strokes are called two-way acting shock absorbers. Another kind of shock absorber only works during the stretching stroke. It is called one-way shock absorber.
The car is running on the road. We are not sure what kind of road it is. It is flat and stable. The car is running on a too smooth road. When it turns, the butterfly valve damper is constantly maintaining the car, making the car tilt to a certain extent, but not roll over. This is the butterfly valve damper working.
