There are two vibration isolation measures with different properties according to different vibration sources (Figure 1)
If the machine itself is the source of vibration, it should be isolated from the support to reduce the impact on the surrounding, which is called active vibration isolation
If the vibration source comes from the movement of the support, in order to reduce the impact of external vibration on the machinery, the support must be isolated from the machinery, which is called passive vibration isolation
For precision instruments with high requirements for vibration isolation effect, multilayer diaphragms are generally used; For a complex vibration isolation system with multi-directional excitation and multiple responses, linear vibration, torsional vibration and their coupling should be considered, and the vibration isolation coefficient should be based on multiple degrees of freedom
