If the required anti vibration force can be calculated through pipeline dynamic analysis based on the quality, stiffness and periodic or impact force of the pipeline, the specification of the valve butterfly valve shall be selected according to the calculated accurate value and the initial force of butterfly valve preloading shall be determined. Otherwise, the specification of the generator set damping butterfly valve damper can be selected according to the nominal diameter of the pipeline. Calculate the total operating weight of the equipment: the operating weight after the sum of the static weight of the equipment and the counterweight times the safety factor (usually 1.3). Select the shock absorber according to the overall size of the equipment. Generally, the maximum distance between electric butterfly valves should not exceed 2m.
