The air butterfly valve must be installed in an accurate way, that is, when it is closed, let it move over the central line of the structure, otherwise, the air butterfly valve will often automatically push the door open.
3. The air butterfly valve shall not be subject to tilt force or transverse force during operation. It shall not be used as handrail.
4. In order to ensure the reliability of sealing, the piston rod surface shall not be damaged, and paint and chemicals shall be applied on the piston rod strictly. It is also not allowed to install the air butterfly valve at the required position before spraying and painting.
5. The air butterfly valve is a high-pressure product, which is strictly and randomly analyzed, baked and bumped.
6. Electric butterfly valve The piston rod of the electric butterfly valve rotates strictly to the left. If the valve direction needs to be adjusted, it can only be rolled to the right.

8. When installing connection points, they should roll flexibly without jamming.
9. The selected size should be reasonable, the force size should be appropriate, and the stroke size of the piston rod should have an 8mm margin.

12. Do not use the electric butterfly valve under the pressure of more than 0.7Mpa.

2、 Instructions for storage, transportation and use of electric butterfly valve
1. Transportation, loading and unloading shall be done without rough work

3. The installation position shall have enough installation space to avoid contact with oil, acid-base substances and sharp substances.
4. Avoid touching the electric butterfly valve with sharp tools: the matching parts shall be smooth without edges and corners.
