2. Selection of butterfly valve:
The manufacturer of ordinary electric butterfly valve likes to select butterfly valve to meet the following requirements: the diameter of butterfly valve shall not be less than 0.8 times of its height under rated load; The butterfly valve must have a certain additional stroke, and the vortex flowmeter shall be at least equal to 50% of the rated static deflection; The degree and rigidity of the butterfly valve shall be at least 100% of the rigidity to ensure the stability of the electric butterfly valve.
3. Selection of deflection of electric butterfly valve:
Generally, the rated deflection of the butterfly valve electric butterfly valve provided by the electric butterfly valve manufacturer is generally 25MM, which can be equivalent to the vibration isolation of the pump at 650 rpm. When the speed is lower than 650, it is recommended to use electric butterfly valve with deflection below 40.
