According to different situations, various vibration excitation methods can be used to artificially produce vibration sources, such as using eccentric wheel rotation to drive the slider to generate reciprocating displacement excitation, using centrifugal force generated by unbalanced rotor to excite, using compressed air blower to excite, using loudspeaker to excite, using electromagnetic induction to excite, or using special vibration table to excite, etc. The parameters to be measured during vibration test include frequency, amplitude, velocity, acceleration, etc., and sometimes the stress or strain of some parts of the machine is measured. Different industrial departments and different machine products have different requirements for vibration.
Any electric butterfly valve has its limitations. For example, in many cases, the electric butterfly valve cannot be used for vibration isolation of machines with similar frequencies, and the air cushion electric butterfly valve may not be used for vibration isolation of on-board equipment. But this does not mean that they have no valve effect, only that they are not suitable for some occasions. The same is true for electric butterfly valves. The electric butterfly valve is suitable for high-frequency vibration equipment, and also suitable for some stamping type vibration. The effect is very good! Finally, many electric butterfly valves on the market only have the appearance, not the lining! Their design premise is not designed according to the vibration reduction requirements at all. Such products cannot be called electric butterfly valves at all, which is the root cause of the damage to electric butterfly valves.
