1. When installing damper butterfly valve vibration isolator for horizontal water pump unit, the electric butterfly valve shall be fixed with the air, inert block or section steel base by connecting nut under normal circumstances.
2. When there are six installation points for the electric butterfly valve of the unit, four of them shall be arranged at the four corners of the inert block or section steel frame, and the other two shall be arranged on the long side line, and their positions shall be adjusted so that the contraction deformation of the electric butterfly valve is as different as possible.
3. The edge of the electric butterfly valve shall not exceed the edge of the inert block; The supporting area of the section steel frame shall not be less than the area of the electric butterfly valve.
4. Before construction and installation, it shall be checked in time. During installation, the static tightening deformation of electric butterfly valve shall not exceed the maximum allowable value.
5. During the installation of the pump unit, the supporting air for the installation of the pump unit shall be flat and have sufficient bearing ability.
6. When the vibration isolator of vertical water pump unit is installed under the base of the water pump unit, a section steel base shall be set and anchored; The section steel base and the electric butterfly valve shall be fixed with bolts (with butterfly valve gasket). The foundation bolts shall be set in the air or floor, and the electric butterfly valve shall be fixed in the air or floor after the foundation bolts.
