Nine key points for installing electric butterfly valve
The electric butterfly valve, commonly known as, type air cylinder and leather bag air cylinder, is filled with compressed air in the retractable closed container, and can realize the functions of support, buffering, braking, height adjustment and angle adjustment by using the air elasticity.
This product does not need external power to work. It has stable lifting force and can stretch freely (the lockable air butterfly valve can be positioned at will). It has a wide range of applications, and the following points should be noted during installation:
1. The piston rod of the electric butterfly valve must be installed in the downward position instead of upside down, so as to reduce friction and ensure good damping quality and cushioning performance.
2. Determining the installation position of the fulcrum is the guarantee for the correct operation of the electric butterfly valve. The electric butterfly valve must be installed in the correct way, that is, when it is closed, let it move over the center line of the structure, otherwise, the electric butterfly valve will often automatically push the door open.
3. The electric butterfly valve shall not be subject to tilt force or transverse force during operation. It shall not be used as handrail.
4. In order to ensure the reliability of sealing, the piston rod surface shall not be damaged, and paint and chemicals shall be applied on the piston rod strictly. It is also not allowed to install the electric butterfly valve at the required position before spraying and painting.
5. The electric butterfly valve is a high pressure product, which is strictly and randomly analyzed, baked and bumped.
6. The piston rod of the electric butterfly valve rotates strictly to the left. If you need to adjust the valve direction, you can only turn it to the right. 7. Operating ambient temperature: - 35 ℃ -+70 ℃. (. Custom made 80 ℃)
8. When installing the connection point, it should rotate flexibly without jamming.
9. The size should be reasonable, the force should be appropriate, and the stroke size of the piston rod should have an 8mm margin.
