The application of supersonic spraying on metal sealed pneumatic ball valve is introduced today. The supersonic spraying is to burn the fuel gas in oxygen to produce a high-pressure high-speed airflow, and then send the alloy powder into this airflow to spray the workpiece surface (Figure 1). In view of such structure of the pneumatic ball valve, the installation of the pneumatic ball valve also has some characteristics. Here we take the pneumatic pipeline ball valve as an example:
1. Any section of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve can be installed at the upstream end, and the handle ball valve can be installed at any position of the pipeline. If the ball valve is equipped with a pneumatic actuator, it must be installed vertically, and the inlet and outlet of the valve are in a horizontal position.
2. The sealing gasket shall be installed between the pneumatic pipeline ball valve flange and the pipeline flange according to the pipeline design requirements.
3. The bolts on the flange shall be tightened symmetrically, step by step and evenly.
4. If the pneumatic pipeline ball valve adopts pneumatic, electric and other actuators, the installation of air source and power supply shall be completed according to the instructions.
