Installation requirements of pneumatic butterfly valve
1. Before installation, check all parts of the pneumatic butterfly valve for missing parts and correct types, check the valve body for sundries, and check the solenoid valve and silencer for blockage
2. Place the valve and cylinder in closed condition. 　　
3. Hit the cylinder onto the valve (the installation direction can be parallel to or straight to the valve body), and then check whether the screw hole is aligned without too much fault. If there is a small amount of fault, roll the cylinder body a little, and then tighten the screws. 　　
4. After installation, the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be debugged (the air supply pressure is 0.4~0.6MPa under normal conditions), and the solenoid valve shall be opened and closed manually during debugging (it can be used only after the solenoid valve coil is de energized), and the opening and closing status of the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be inquired. If it is found that the valve has some difficulty in the initial opening and closing process during the commissioning process, and then it is normal, it is necessary to reduce the cylinder travel (adjust the travel scheduling screws at both ends of the cylinder a little inward together, when adjusting, it is necessary to operate the valve to the opening position, and then turn off and adjust the air source) until the valve opening and closing action is smooth and closed without leakage. It should also be noted that the adjustable silencer can regulate the opening and closing speed of the valve, but it should not be too small, or the valve may not act.
