Application method of pipeline plugging
1. Preparation: first stop assembling the fittings for water plugging and inflation installation, and check the tool for air leakage. Place the water shutoff in a bucket full of water and press it, inflate the water shutoff with an air cylinder, and check whether the water shutoff leaks.?
2. Open the inspection port of the riser, gradually feed the blocked water up from this port to about 0.2m, and then inflate the blocked water to make the blocked water closely contact the inner wall of the pipe without leakage. The control staff inflates the air in the lower layer and injects water in the upper layer. Pay attention to prevent water blocking gas from being placed at the valve of riser pipe fittings. The reason is:
(1) There are joints on the inner wall of this place, which affects the tightness of water plugging.
(2) In order to prevent the water blocking from contracting to one side, the air pressure cannot be pushed up. If the gas is inflated, the water blocking will be broken. As for cast iron drainage pipe, it is required to clean the sand, make the inner wall flat, and allow no burr, otherwise it will affect the water plugging and sealing, and even puncture the capsule. All specifications of water plugging must be used in the corresponding pipeline, and cannot replace the big with the small.?
3. Inject water at the water injection port (or at the inspection port) of the floor to the floor height, and then check the water injection pipeline and pipe fitting interface one by one. If any leakage point is found, make a mark, and stop repairing after drainage; If it is a ring flexible interface, it can be repaired with water tight bolts at the leakage interface. If there is no leakage point in the water injection pipeline inspection, the water level can be stabilized, and the water injection time lasts for 15 minutes. If the water injection level does not drop for 5 minutes, it is qualified.?
4. Bleed the water shutoff, and then draw out the water shutoff vertically, taking care not to damage the water shutoff.?
According to the design requirements, each structure must carry out a closed water test in the construction of waterproof layer and anti-corrosion layer after its main structure concrete reaches 100% of the design strength, to check whether the seepage volume of the maintenance sewage disposal structure can reach the scale requirements, so as to avoid sewage leakage and pollution of the environment again, and also to prevent the rebar in the reinforced concrete structure from corrosion, Affects structural safety. During this period, attention should be paid to the need to use purified water for closed water test (sewage should be avoided), slowly drain water from pool to pool for test, and make signs if leakage points are found. The water test level shall be set to the highest level under normal operation. After three days and nights of observation and recording, the water shall be gradually drained if there is no leakage.
