1. Compact original height
Compared with ordinary cylinder installation, the air stroke adjuster has a short shape. The smallest air stroke adjuster can be compressed to a height of 45mm, while the largest curved bag air stroke adjuster can be compressed to a height of only 122mm.
2. Bending angle 30 °
The air stroke conditioner has unique bending ability. It can stick to the stroke through an arc without fork joint. The bending can reach 30 degrees. There is no need for maintenance and smoothness, no need for internal control rod or piston air stroke conditioner. Unlike ordinary cylinders, there are internal control rod, piston or sliding seal installation. Therefore, there is no problem that the seals installed on ordinary cylinder suspension are easily damaged by dust.

The air stroke conditioner can be easily installed in a narrow space. This saves installation time and cost. The air stroke conditioner with flexible characteristics can also compensate for the uneven foundation height formed during construction.
4. Long retirement life
Since the air stroke conditioner is not installed with a sliding seal, it is not as easy to be damaged by friction as ordinary cylinders. In addition, the air butterfly valve has been further applied in the suspension installation of trucks and buses. Under such adverse environmental conditions, it can still persist for hundreds of thousands of kilometers, and its durability and service life are trustworthy.
5. Allowable maximum working pressure of 0.8Mpa
The air travel conditioner contains 2 or 4 plies inside, so that it can accept the internal pressure of 0.8 Mpa, so that the bearing capacity can be greatly enhanced.
6. Low cost
Generally speaking, under the same functional conditions, the initial cost of the air stroke conditioner is half or less than that of the traditional pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder. The advantage of this initial cost is particularly shown in large size products.
7. Good isolation valve
The air valve isolator can provide the best level of isolation valve effect that can not be compared with any other valve isolator. The external gas storage installation can provide lower natural frequency.
8. Accurate height control
The electric butterfly valve adjusts the operating height through the internal air pressure. The electric butterfly valve does not generate static friction with other parts. When the bearing capacity changes, the pressure of the automatic conditioning system can ensure a stable operating height.
9. Stable isolation efficiency and independent bearing valve characteristics
The air valve isolator is unique, and its system natural frequency will not change too much with the load. Therefore, the same air valve isolator can be used at each installation point of equipment with uneven load.

The electric butterfly valve system can be designed into two natural frequencies, so the resonance can be avoided by switching the natural frequencies.
