1. Working medium: first of all, determine the medium. The material of electric butterfly valve is different with different transmission medium. The material of electric butterfly valve is determined according to the medium characteristics; If the medium is water, the material of electric butterfly valve can be SUS304, and the corrosive medium can be selected according to the specific medium characteristics.
2. Operating temperature: first, the operating temperature of the electric butterfly valve is between - 200 and 1300, and the operating temperature is also related to the material requirements of the electric butterfly valve. Generally, the operating temperature of SUS304 is not higher than 400, the operating temperature of SUS321 is between 400 and 750, and the operating temperature * of SUS310S is about 1000. When the operating temperature exceeds 1000, the thermal insulation layer must be made on the inner wall of the electric butterfly valve.
3. Nominal pressure: determine the pressure level of the electric butterfly valve according to the possible * high pressure in the pipeline of the electric butterfly valve to ensure the safe use of the electric butterfly valve in the future. 4. Connection mode: There are two connection modes of electric butterfly valve, one is flange, the other is welding. When selecting the flange of flanged electric butterfly valve, determine the flange standard to ensure convenient installation on site and successful acceptance.
5. Whether it is pipeline repair and replacement: if the electric butterfly valve is used for repair and replacement, the user must strictly give the total length of the electric butterfly valve to ensure the smooth replacement and installation of the electric butterfly valve.
