Application clarification:
Before application:
1. Check whether the appearance is clean, whether it is covered with dirt, and whether it is intact. Fill a small amount of gas to check whether there is an air leak in the parts and the center. Only when it is sure that it is normal can it enter the pipeline and stop blocking operation.
2. Inspection of pipeline: before plugging, check whether the inner wall of the pipeline is smooth, lubricated and flat, and whether there are sharp objects such as protruding burrs, glass, stones, etc. If there are any, remove them immediately to avoid puncturing. After being placed in the pipeline, they should be placed to a certain extent, not twisted, so as to avoid trapping gas and explosion.
3. When opening is required for gas, natural gas and oil pipelines, pay attention that the diameter of the opening must be larger than the diameter of the part that cannot be folded, so that it can be put in and taken out.
During operation: adhere to the average internal pressure, inflate slowly when inflating, and check whether there is any change in the rise of the pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge rises rapidly, it indicates that the inflation is too fast. At this time, slow down the inflation speed, slightly tighten the air stop valve to reduce the speed of air intake. Otherwise, if the speed is too fast, it is likely to explode if the pressure is exceeded quickly.
After use: immediately stop cleaning the external surface with clean water at the end of use. When it is used for oil pipelines, special cleaning agent must be used for cleaning. After inspection, it can be warehoused before there is any attachment on the surface.
