The electric butterfly valve is a kind of bending structure, and the number of bending capsules is usually 1-3, but it can also be designed as sleeve, diaphragm and butterfly valve according to the requirements. It can also overlap two capsule butterfly valves under certain conditions.
The end structure of the existing SAC butterfly valve can be divided into three categories according to the connection mode:
A fixed flange connection type, the size of both ends of the butterfly valve and the bending edge is less than or equal to the large outer diameter of SAC, and the flange ring and the end plate are fixed and connected before drilling;
One is ring flange connection. The two ends of the butterfly valve are much smaller than the large outer diameter of the curved bag, so no drilling is required. It is fixed by a special flange ring and an ordinary end plate.
The third type is self sealing, without flange connection. The pressure enters the end plate and the compressed air is self sealing.
