1. The flexible electric butterfly valve shall not exceed the displacement and extension limit during installation.
2. The installation bolts shall be symmetrically and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. For electric butterfly valve with working pressure above 1.0MPa, elastic pressure pad shall be provided when installing bolts to prevent bolts from loosening during operation.
4. When installing the electric butterfly valve, the pipe needs to be installed with a fixed support, or the anti tension device should be installed to prevent the work from pulling off under pressure (Note: the electric butterfly valve is not allowed to bear the transverse tension of the pipe weight and the pipe weight cannot be pressed on the electric butterfly valve)
5. The installation position of the electric butterfly valve should be far away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly prohibited to expose to strong radiation light, sun and use media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
6. During transportation, loading, unloading and installation of electric butterfly valve, it is strictly prohibited to use tax tools to scratch the surface sealing surface.
7. When installing matching flange, please use special flange for butterfly valve or small diameter flange to avoid flange falling off and water leakage after installation.
