Experimental Research on Electric Butterfly Valve and Linear Motor Driving in Summer
As an elastic energy storage device, there are metal butterfly valves, magnetic butterfly valves and electric butterfly valves to choose from. Through comparative study, it is found that:
1) The metal butterfly valve has poor ability of positive vibration, vibration absorption and noise reduction. The electric butterfly valve is a new type of elastic positive vibration, noise reduction, energy storage and buffer element. It is a non-metallic butterfly valve that uses the compressibility of the gas to realize the elastic effect by filling the flexible closed gas chamber made of the cluster material with compressed gas. It has the advantages of low frequency, high frequency vibration absorption and excellent land sound performance.
2) The rigidity of the metal butterfly valve is a constant value and cannot be adjusted, and the natural frequency is a fixed value, which is difficult to adapt to the speed change requirements of the equipment. The vertical stiffness and horizontal stiffness of the electric butterfly valve can be adjusted, and the bearing capacity can be controlled through internal pressure regulation. In particular, the inherent characteristics are related to the initial inflation pressure, which can be adjusted in a small range, more suitable for complex reciprocating drive requirements.
3) From the above analysis of the reciprocating motion process of the bomb lean mass star block model, it can be concluded that whether in the starting energy storage stage or in the reciprocating operation stage with the working frequency and stroke, the stiffness characteristics of the Xijia elastic energy storage device should preferably change from soft to hard as the displacement increases, so as to reduce the starting resistance, and provide rapidly increasing braking force when approaching the two end points of the stroke, The nonlinear stiffness characteristics of electric butterfly valve just meet its requirements.
4) The service life of electric butterfly valve is usually longer than that of metal butterfly valve, which is 4 times of that of laminated butterfly valve. With the help of the electromagnetic reversing valve, the internal inflation air travel of the electric butterfly valve can even be dynamically adjusted during the reciprocating movement, which has great flexibility and controllability.
5) As for the magnetic butterfly valve, on the one hand, the permanent magnet is limited by itself and only suitable for the occasions with small thrust, while the electromagnetic butterfly valve site overcomes this shortcoming, but it consumes electric energy extremely. On the other hand, the magnetic field generated by the magnetic elastic volt has an impact on the electromechanical system.
