How to use drainage pipeline plugging?
Pipe plugging can simply and quickly block the flow of the pipeline. The inflatable pipe plug of the drainage pipeline is made of several layers of advanced aromatic polyamide fiber. Before delivery, each pipe plug will be tested under 1.5 times of the rated working pressure and the maximum pipe diameter of the corresponding model. In order to guarantee the strength of the structure, we think it is appropriate to use the safety degree of three times of the rated working pressure of the pipe packer. The pipe plug is especially suitable for the short-term maintenance and measurement work such as plugging of drainage pipes, air holding test, closed water test, leak point search, etc.
Application method: put the pipe plug at the pipe junction where the pipe needs to be blocked, and the length of the pipe is the length of the blocker. Then, flush the compressed air through the air inlet valve to the specified pressure, and start the construction. After the construction is completed, open the air inlet valve to release the air, and take out the blocker.
