2、 Operating principle of signal butterfly valve
1. The signal butterfly valve is driven by the worm gear and worm drive device to rotate the shaft and butterfly plate to realize opening and closing and control flow.
2. Rotate the hand wheel of the worm gear transmission device to make the butterfly plate open and close and adjust the flow. Rotate the hand wheel clockwise to close the valve.
3. There are two types of microswitches in the worm gear transmission device box: a. There are two microswitches in the open and close directions in the transmission device box, which act respectively when the valve is fully open and closed, and connect the "valve on" and "valve off" indicator light sources in the control room to accurately display the valve switch status. b. The transmission device box is equipped with a closing microswitch (the full closing position of the butterfly plate is 0 °). When the butterfly plate is at the position of 0 °~40 °, the microswitch acts to output the valve closing signal. When the butterfly plate is at the position of 40 °~90 °, another pair of normally closed valves can output the valve opening signal. The cam of the press contact microswitch can be adjusted to display the different positions of the butterfly plate.
