How to prolong the service life of pipeline plugging
The following is the maintenance method after the pneumatic ball valve is used to shorten its life. 1. After the pneumatic ball valve is used, clean it with clean water. If the center with adhesive cement cannot be washed away, scrape it with a wooden board or shield to prevent the pneumatic ball valve from being damaged.
2. If the pneumatic ball valve is not used temporarily, the outer layer of the core mold should be coated with talcum powder and placed in a ventilated and dry place to avoid puncturing the pneumatic ball valve.
3. The pneumatic ball valve shall not be in contact with fire sources, oils and organic solvents, and shall not be placed together with sharp and hard objects to avoid puncturing the pneumatic ball valve.
4. In case of air leakage of pneumatic ball valve, rough its surface with grinding wheel or wood file at the place to be repaired. After cleaning with gasoline, apply adhesive covering film or adhesive tape for repair.
