Different from the ordinary pneumatic ball valve, the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve is an integrated structure formed by setting the height valve inside the pneumatic ball valve. Due to its special structure, there is no special method to test the performance of this type of pneumatic ball valve. In order to get the performance test method of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve and avoid the damage of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve due to improper side test method, the performance test of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the cab mounted height valve of a car was stopped. The test shall be stopped according to the performance test method of ordinary pneumatic ball valve. The load displacement curve and dynamic stiffness loading frequency curve of the internal pneumatic ball valve and the external pneumatic ball valve of the height valve were measured. According to the comparative analysis of the test results, it can be found that the variation of the performance curves of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve and the ordinary pneumatic ball valve tends to be different, and the measured curves are similar to the practical driving conditions. It is feasible to refer to the performance test method of ordinary pneumatic ball valve to test the stop performance of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve. It can be seen that the performance test methods of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve and the ordinary pneumatic ball valve are different.
