The research on the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve has reference meaning. The general research takes the performance test method of the ordinary pneumatic ball valve as a reference, and measures the load displacement curve and dynamic stiffness loading frequency curve of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve and the ordinary pneumatic ball valve of the external height valve. Through the comparative analysis of the research results, the following conclusions are drawn:
(1) Since the change trend of the performance curves of the two types of pneumatic ball valves is consistent and consistent with the actual driving situation, it is feasible to conduct performance test on the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve by referring to the performance test method of the ordinary pneumatic ball valve. It can be seen that the performance test method of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve is consistent with that of the ordinary pneumatic ball valve;
(2) Since the height valve is set inside the pneumatic ball valve, the vent cannot be closed. The load displacement curve of the pneumatic ball valve inside the height valve is not the pressure change curve like that of the ordinary pneumatic ball valve. However, the performance test method of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve is closer to the actual situation of the traveling crane, and the test results obtained are more reliable;
(3) In view of the rationality of the above performance test research methods, the research on other test methods of the built-in pneumatic ball valve of the height valve, such as stroke test, blasting test, fatigue test, etc., can learn from the above research methods.
