2. During operation, the inflation pressure must be within the regular range, and no overpressure is allowed.
Precautions for construction
1. There are joints on the inner wall of this place, which affects the tightness of water plugging.
2. In order to prevent the water blocking from contracting to one side, the air pressure will not rise. If you continue to inflate, the water blocking will be broken. As for cast iron drainage pipe, it is required to clean the sand, make the inner wall flat, and do not allow burrs, otherwise the water plugging and sealing will be affected, and the capsule will be punctured. Various specifications of water plugging must be used in the corresponding pipeline, and cannot replace the big with the small.
3. In order to avoid separation from the rubber hose, the joint with the rubber hose shall be fastened by iron wire or other means.
4. Fill the water at the filling port (or at the inspection port) of the floor to the height of the floor, and then check the filling pipes and pipe fittings one by one. If any leakage is found, make a mark, and stop repairing after drainage; If it is a ring flexible interface, it can be repaired with water tight bolts at the leakage interface. If there is no leakage point in the inspection of the water filling pipeline, the water level can be stabilized, and the water filling time lasts for 15 minutes. If the water filling level does not drop for 5 minutes, it is qualified.
5. Stop the water and deflate, then slowly draw out the water and take care not to damage the water.
6. After the water is taken out, the water should be able to drain away quickly. If the water falls slowly, it should be clarified that there are sundries in the irrigation pipe section, which should be cleared in time.
7. The method of water plugging and inflation can also check whether the squatting toilet can leak. Place the water blockage at the drainage outlet of the squatting toilet and inflate it, then fill the squatting toilet with water (level the upper edge of the toilet). If the water level drops, it is clarified that there is leakage at the flushing water inlet, or the water inlet of the squatting toilet is not tightly blocked, or there is leakage in the squatting toilet itself, which should be cleaned
8. The water shutoff test shall be stopped by sections (layers), and the test results shall be recorded.
