It has been proved that the virtual manufacturing design method can quickly and clearly construct a predetermined scheme on the computer, repeatedly simulate various extreme conditions in a short time without taking corresponding risks, and provide detailed and feasible technical schemes for design departments and production units. The stiffness of pneumatic butterfly valve is tested through experiments, and the stiffness characteristics of pneumatic butterfly valve are analyzed by finite element method using virtual software.
