The pneumatic high-pressure ball valve supplied by Shanghai Dongfeng Pump Valve Factory has been used, and everyone praises it. But after a period of time, due to the lack of maintenance for the ball valve, the service life of the device will also be affected. Of course, the maintenance instructions will also be provided when the device is provided. As a customer, it is very important to do a good job in daily maintenance and repair. What should we do specifically? 　　

1. The pneumatic butterfly valve should always be kept clean in the process of application. It is necessary to smooth the transmission thread regularly. If any problem is found, stop using immediately, find out the cause and eliminate the problem.
2. The bolts of the packing gland should be tightened evenly, and should not be pressed into a slanted state to avoid bumping, blocking the movement of the valve stem or causing leakage.
3. For equipment, the valve can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method. In general, the equipment can be placed in the arbitrary direction of the pipeline, but it needs to be convenient for operation and maintenance. Note that the medium flow direction of the stop valve should be upward under the longitudinal valve flap, and the lifting check valve can only be used for horizontal equipment.
4. When the pneumatic butterfly valve is used, it is only used for full opening or full closing. It is not allowed to be used for flow conditioning to avoid erosion of the sealing surface and accelerated wear. The gate valve and the upper thread stop valve are equipped with reverse sealing equipment, and the hand wheel is screwed to the top position to prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.
5. When opening and closing the pneumatic butterfly valve, use the hand wheel. Do not use a lever or other tools to avoid damaging the valve parts. Clockwise rotation of the hand wheel is closed, otherwise it is open.
6. Before the equipment, it is necessary to carefully check whether the pressure and diameter of the valve mark meet the operation requirements, eliminate the defects caused by the transportation process, and eliminate the dust and dirt of the valve.
7. The valves that have been stored for a long time should be checked regularly. The exposed processing surface should be kept clean and dirt should be removed. During storage, the ball valve should be blocked at both ends and kept open. The pneumatic butterfly valve and the two ends of the channel should be blocked and kept closed. They should be stored in a ventilated and dry place indoors in a orderly manner. Stacking or storage in the open air is strictly prohibited.
