How about the price of the manual of double acting pneumatic butterfly valve? Test the general pneumatic butterfly valve as a comprehensive study of benchmark performance. For the dynamic stiffness of the pneumatic butterfly valve and the internal external height valve of the valve and a loading frequency curve, the load displacement curve of the height measurement of the general pneumatic butterfly valve, through the analysis and comparison of the research results, the following conclusions are drawn:
(1) Since the performance curves of the two types of pneumatic butterfly valves have the same changing trend and are consistent with the actual working conditions, it is feasible to test the performance of internal pneumatic butterfly valves based on the performance test method of ordinary pneumatic butterfly valves. It can be seen that the performance test method of high valve built-in pneumatic butterfly valve is consistent with that of ordinary pneumatic butterfly valve.
(2) Since the height valve is installed in the pneumatic butterfly valve, the exhaust port cannot be closed. The load displacement curve of the air valve installed in the height valve is different from that of the ordinary pneumatic butterfly valve. It is a pressure change curve. However, the performance test method of high valve pneumatic butterfly valve is closer to the actual working condition, and the results are more reliable.
(3) In view of the rationality of the above performance test methods, other test methods such as running test, blasting test and fatigue test for the built-in pneumatic butterfly valve of the high-pressure valve are studied for reference.
