1. When installing the electric ball valve in the pipeline, it must be kept in a natural state, and do not artificially deform the product. When the pipeline medium is acid and alkali resistant, oil, high temperature and other special materials, the joint with a gear higher than the working pressure of the pipeline shall be selected.
2. The flange connecting the electric ball valve shall be the valve flange or the corresponding flange. 3. The normal applicable medium of the electric ball valve is ordinary water with a temperature of 0-60 ° C. For special media such as oil, acid and alkali, high temperature and other corrosive and hard conditions, the electric ball valve made of the corresponding special resistant material shall be selected. It is not allowed to be used in series or in general.
4. When the electric ball valve is used at the inlet and outlet of the water pump, it should be located at the side of the water spring, and a metal reducing joint should be installed between it and the water spring, and it should be installed at the large diameter outlet of the reducing diameter.
5. When the displacement of the pipeline is greater than or equal to the maximum compensation of the joint, the number of joints shall be increased to parallel the displacement. It is strictly prohibited to adjust the out of tolerance of the pipeline, so that the joint is in the state of extreme deflection displacement and deviation, let alone out of tolerance (expansion, displacement, deflection, etc.). See the following table for the specific installation data.
6. For high-rise water supply or suspended water supply, the pipeline shall be fixed on the hanger, bracket or anchor bracket, and the joint shall not bear the weight and axial force of the pipeline itself, otherwise the joint shall be equipped with anti pulling device (the bearing force must be greater than the axial force of the pipeline).
7. When installing the electric ball valve, the screw of the bolt should extend to the outside of the joint, and the bolts on each flange end face should be tightened repeatedly and evenly by diagonal pressure to prevent pressure deviation. Screw thread joints shall be tightened evenly with a standard wrench, and do not use an afterburner to force the union to slip wires, slip edges and fracture. Moreover, regular inspection shall be carried out to avoid looseness that may cause disc unseating or water seepage.
8. After the electric ball valve is subjected to pressure for the first time (such as installation and pressure test) or before it is used again after being stopped for a long time, the bolts shall be re pressurized and tightened before it is put into operation.
9. When using or storing electric ball valve, avoid high temperature, ozone oil, acid and alkali environment. The pipeline used outdoors or facing the sun and wind shall be provided with a sunshade, and it is strictly prohibited to expose to the sun, rain or wind. The joint surface shall not be painted or wrapped with insulation materials. Due to the aging of valve products, they should be checked and replaced in time. 10. The electric ball valve shall not exceed the displacement limit during installation.
11. The installation bolts shall be symmetrical and tightened gradually to prevent local leakage.
12. When the electric ball valve is installed on the ground, in the air and vertically, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the electric ball valve shall be less than the supporting force of the pipeline, otherwise the anti pull off device shall be installed to prevent the working pressure from pulling off.
13. The electric ball valve shall be far away from the heat source and ozone area, and the strong radiation light is strictly prohibited. Exposure and use of media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
14. During transportation, loading, unloading and installation of electric ball valve, it is strictly prohibited to scratch the surface sealing surface with sharp tools. When installing products above 200MM, please use special flange for butterfly valve or small diameter flange to avoid flange pulling off, water leakage and water seepage after installation.
